not sure what to make of this. looks like some kind of decoration to be worn, maybe. I think the first picture is the front of the object with arrows pointing to what is being displayed. it appears the center bar with the holes has two sliders on it. not sure if there were more.

Any Ideas?

Kinda looks like a fancy belt buckle.

Looks like an art deco style hairslide or brooch. Front maybe held some kind of ceramic piece or semi precious stone. 1920's era? Breezy will correct me if i'm wrong,lol.
