I found a few like it online but no one seems to know what it is. About all I can tell you is it's not military, and may be related to a fraternal group?

It may just be my eyes playing tricks on me, but is this a makers mark or just a smudge? :icon_scratch:
Looks European to me... a Fleur-de-lis and a Lion, possibly a soccer team tournament badge.
Silver-plate on brass, maybe 1950s

I looked at this for a while. Like others, I found a number of similar items but none associating the symbols to any organization.

I looked at fraternal orders, fraternity/sorority, even military... Nada. :dontknow:

So my only assumption is that it's a fashion accessory. And I can't even prove that...
