Some junk and an old flat button

Got a RARE Sunday afternoon alone without kids so I took off for a couple of hours. Didn't find much. Went to a site that has been pounded to death by many detectorists.

Did find a few little items. The button is cool. It says London Gilt on it. Need to try and find some info on it.

LOL Watercolor. The way my luck has been going lately it's probably from Wal-Mart or K-Mart....

The place is very old. The first Building on the site was pre 1820s. So the site has possibilities.

The button was made between 1800 and 1840. Good find.

I love to find those old flat buttons...I guess because they are so rare to find around here. Just think, if that button was still there for you to find, wonder what else may be?
