Some ID help please!

It looks like brecciated jasper with the fill being chalcedony and a few druzy pockets.It can occur in both igneous and plain ol' sedimentary country. Neat cabbing material. c

I was thinking jasper as well, but the webbing had me hung up. Here's a couple more pics of finds that day. There is quite a bit of the petrified wood along the upper part of the drainage, then a nice paleo river bed is exposed on both sides, the pan is from a 5 gal. sample.

I want to move to Cody Wyoming..the wife won't let me. I want to get up there before Yellowstone blows.
