I know the Canadian fella who's company is mining this location. I would think he'll be doing something like that and also display some samples in his office. I delt with the guy when his company was mining the Hollister mine in Nevada.If they could slab and polish it, they could sell it for many times the actual gold content!
Yeah that would really be something. The Denver museum of nature and science has some wonderful displays of native gold found through out the history of Colorado. I'm fairly sure there's still some wonderful specimens still to be found somewhere in the rocky mountain west.I slobbered all over that case they had the Hand of Faith Nugget in the Golden Nugget casino in Vegas I think it weighed 65 pounds found in Australia metal detecting.

Makes you wonder how many other old abandoned projects had been given up on not knowing they were just a few meters away from a strike.Just to keep things in perspective, it took the mine 100 years to reach the depth of this deposit..and they were so far in debt they were about to sell. Incredibly rare, but amazing
