Some gold Ottomon Empire coin??

OK, those of you who are experts........what's this?
I have no idea, although it seems to be gold, and very small. Turkey
(old Ottomon Empire) and some Egyptian coins have such holes
in their coins, but I cannot find this one! ANY ideas?

Sorry I cannot ID the coin, but I suggest that the hole is not original. It was probably put there for a bead or necklace.
