Some finds from the summer

Been a long time since ive posted , but been super busy over spring and summer, swamped at work and my former tenants trashed my rental house in a nice estimate of damage of over $30k so been trying to work and remodel the whole house . But here and there I managed to get out acquired some places made some new friends with the potential of more sites this winter . All the finds are from 4 locations spanning a few counties here in Virginia . Thanks for looking !

As busy as you were you still made some excellent finds. As always I'm envious of hunters who have ground with those types of targets potentially turning up.

I like that spur as well pretty interesting find , I did have one item I was wondering about if anyone cares to throw some info my , its that hook buckle with the puppy paw hooks on it never found one like that curious to what it went to .

How do these people sleep at night? There is so much of this, from what some friends who have rental properties tell me. No accountability in the system I guess. Anyway, sorry that's keeping you from hunting as much as you want. I had to vent.

Man, that's a b!tch. Sorry to hear that. People sure don't have no raisin' or conscience anymore. They sleep fine because their minds don't work like ours, the scumbags.

Couple of nice buckles and buttons you got there bud. Sorry to hear about the house. That's the reason I don't have rental properties. Thinking about flipping a couple as I'm a builder but dealing with people that seem trustworthy and learning otherwise I just not something I would handle well. And the rights are really not in your favor when trying to deal with this stuff. Especially in the cold weather states like here in Maine where you just can't get rid of them during he cold weather months. Whether they pay you or not.
Anyway I'm sorry you had to deal with that crap and I wish you some good fortune in the near future.

nice finds and as others have said, that property holds more good finds ...Im a renter and the property were I rent, the landlord told me of the previous renter ... it took 6 months to legally remove them from the property ...just amazing ....

Yeah me and the wife decided to just sell it when im done and start flipping house instead of renting , I still just cant believe that one couple could do so much damage, I mean the guy cut wires loose in every room of the house in the receptical boxes ,went under the house turned all the sanitary tee's backwards ,remove much of my 14 ,2 wire and replaced it with extension cords , painted our oak cabinets in the kitchen , installed a exhaust fan above propane gas logs and ran duct work back to all the bedrooms turning all the ceilings black from the carbon monoxide and exhaust , cut a hole in the side of the inside air handler that was 6 months old , ran 3 - 240 plugs into the back of the breaker box into a 20 amp breaker ,turned my garage into a rec-room ,ran into my garage door ,ugghhhhhh and the sad part this guy is a tech for tec 24 ac service kind of scary that someone like this is doing that type of work ... but hey I am a firm believer in karma and wage garnishment !

That is actually a officer's shoulder scale and Epaulette its a little mangled but i will take it
