Nice hawk head,should be traceable through markings i can,t read. (After cast steel).Clean it up and get a handle. Cut length of it to match fist knuckle to tip of elbow .
A nice round of pine a couple feet in diameter hung from chains or on a tri-pod and start throwing, ooops getting to excited for you.

Markings are Allen mfg warrented

Looks like 14 oz. Octagon, 410 stainless, around 43 dollars a couple years ago. Good ol made in U.S.A.!Should have an oval eye for standard hawk handle available from a blackpowder supply type business. I,ve never owned an Allen but they have their fans.

I really like that style. I had a black smith hammer me one out like that for throwing. I would put a hickory handle back on it and enjoy it
