Concrete, WA
Detector(s) used
Nokta FoRs Gold, a Gold Cube, 2 Keene Sluices and Lord only knows how many pans....not to mention a load of other gear my wife still doesn't know about!
Primary Interest:
Prospecting
The larger rocks are tennis ball sized, little one about a quarter size.

Don't even remember where I got 'em..could be local, or I could
have picked them up in Calif. or Nev on one of my trips. Also not
sure what kind of rocks they are..never worried much about that
so long as I liked 'em. The two small ones came from some old
aquarium gravel the Mrs. wanted me to get rid of, so I tossed it
out on the driveway.

One does look (to me) a bit like petrified wood. Also, stared at them
for hours, and could not find a single face nor animal representation on any side or angle. No matter...they're cool rocks, and I like 'em. :occasion14:

That first rock would look amazing polished. The third looks good for gold ore. The way I saw them as numbered is the single pics not the group shot.

I agree about the first rock, but the only tumbler I have is a (now) vintage Thumler's Tumbler my late parents gave me as a gift decades ago. It can't handle a rock that size.

You may be right about the third rock, as I think that was among a few rocks that Herb (Gold Tramp) gave to me during a visit about 10 years back, or that I picked it up while drywashing in Coolgarde on the same trip.
