sure looks like it to me. and the backs on the pictures on the web have the same sort of bar attachment, like something to slip through it. Unless it was meant to slide onto a belt? Going to try and get it straightened out.

I too would have green checked on the concho scarf slide :D I was searching buckles when by chance I recognized this item. Yeah cape clasp or sash buckle :icon_thumright:
