Solved! Rampant Lion Livery Button

Hello,
Though this button shows lined background clearly,
I'm having trouble ID'ing the image on it.
I'm thinking non-US Military,
18 mm, flat, with raised rim on back, appears to be a 2 digit number between backmark and shank.
