Hi all,
I've found two of these but never got around to asking about them.
Visiting my mom recently I saw a similar piece on her kitchen table,
she told me that it rests on the edge of a table and you hang a purse on it so it doesn't sit on the floor, Neat Idea, Thanks Mom!
