Deep into the woods, I find these things, I went in all four directions from the location and could not find so much as a bullet or a nail.
It doesn't make any sense to me.

I could see someone traveling with a tea pot, but not the bucket and the other things. I am really baffled why there is nothing else around the location.

The tea Pot was partially burried, I think the ground eroded away from it and that is why the top was exposed.

Age of tea pot and thoughts as to why I might stumble upon this would help solve my mystery! :icon_scratch: :dontknow: :help:

I agree with kuger.
Also this stuff blows around. Expand your search area, should be more metal and or trash around.

Re: Old tea pot

I've come across old work camps, campsites and what I guess are just watering holes. Could be someone used the large tub as a cistern and the teapot and bucket to water themselves and horses or oxen. :dontknow:

I have also stumbled on "camps" miles from a paved road where teenagers apparantly go to conduct Bible studies far enough away so as not to disturb their parents. They're very considerate that way.

A watering hole would make sense, the teenager's I know would conduct lots of things but a Bible study wasn't one of them! Thank you for your support! Cindy

Is there a river nearby? Sometimes during a flood these types of things get carried deep into the woods.

Lake Cypress and Natural Springs are the only things close by. But that thought makes more sense than some of them! Thanks for sharing.

I wish you would have used that pic in the other thread................yea,as Timekiller said those are off of nails
