Finally my 1000'th Post on Treasure Net ..................and it's for soap

I was insulating a crawlspace this weekend in our big ole farmhouse - and among several things, I found is this box of old soap . I'm wondering who this "soap" girl ? She has ..... what looks like , goggles on her forehead , and a small backpack above her derriere . The box is dated 1943. I found newspapers dated 1916 + other stuff I'm still giong through .

Looks as if she's wearing aviator (or aviatrix!) goggles and a parachute pack, all right. Maybe it's supposed to be Amelia Earhart.

funny, my first thought was amelia earhart too.
I see a 1902 "yellow kid" figural soap brought $1200. at auction.
Pretty cool...
