too fine to get a picture of at the moment but just seeing snow in the air

When I heard the weather forecast at 430 am I went out and brought all our porch plants back inside.
Hopefully this weekend it will warm up and stay warm.

Yes I don't remember the last time it was like this late April.

not saying this is a first, but
Easter is usually the cut off & even that is rare

Yea,,,
I feel like that more and more as I get older.
Good thing is that now that my son is living in Spokane Washington,,, I have a fairly warm place to maybe retire to when that time comes.
If things go as planned,,I have 2-3 more years then I AM DONE !
So I will be unlike the majority of my friends who have retired at the legal age,,, stopped working,,, and quickly died..
Crap,, I wanna have some fun before that happens.

I could use a little New Orleans action right now. Good food. Warm weather. Great music. 41F here right now. Some ice slid off the roof of my truck this morning as I stopped at the end of my drive. I said, "wuuuut." Cold spring. Next month we'll all be crabby about how hot it is.

If it wasn't dark out right now I would take a picture of my lawn . It has a coating of snow deep enough to hide all the little sprigs of grass that had popped up the last few days. Been snowing most of the day here

Hey Jeff,
On May 2nd 1976 it snowed while I was trout fishing in Potter county. Funny thing is 2 weeks earlier doing the same thing, same place, it was in the 90's and I cut a pair of jeans off and made shorts.

Snow here close to an inch yesterday it melted off.Trace this morning wish it would stop already.At least the ground is thawed high 41 today but I have a new spot and I'm hitting it.

I've seen it snow on May 9th, here in Pa. i was out digging in the snow yesterday. The good part was that I could see where I had and had not detected with the snow on the ground.
