Since I couldn't get out, I pulled out some boxes of old bottles to display. Thanks for looking.

Love the ways those look mixed in a bookshelf.

Love the bottles!!! I have a small collection myself, but I'm having a hard time cleaning them. Any suggestions?

Thanks for redecorating, Johnash. Man you have a raft of Dispensaries! I wanna see more photos and hear backstories.

Don't forget the gang in the Bottle basement, they're gonna wanna see these, too.

I've been metal detecting for around 20 years now and I love to display my finds. We actually have an old store in our back yard that we call " The Museum" you can see it in the background.

An older gentleman that worked with my wife was over one day and loved looking at all the relics and things that I had displayed. I enjoyed showing him and we talked for a while. I've never been interested much in monetary values, it's been more about the historic value. He and I talked about this and evidently it meant something to him. Well about a week went by and he came back by with boxes of these old bottles. He wanted them to be seen and he didn't have a way to show them, so now I have them.

As far as the SC Dispensaries, about half of them have some sort of damage, but hey, they are what they are.

I've played around with digging bottles here and there and a few of them are my finds, but bottle digging is an art and just like detecting, if ur not in the right place, it can be very frustrating. Wish I had someone around to show me the ropes. Anyway, thanks for the interest.

A few more dispensary pics. There is one palmetto brewing co too.

I just use a sponge on the end of a cloths hanger. I'm no expert by any means but the guys in the bottle forum I'm sure would be glad to help.

Great looking display! Time well spent.

Wow I've never seen so many sc dispensery bottles in one place. Awesome collection despite being damaged but it just adds character to the piece.

That is such a beautiful collection, very interesting thread, thanks for sharing.

johnash15, thanks for sharing you collection with us. Those dispensary bottles are very popular. Just wondering, what types of coins have you found around the old store. Having an old store in your backyard is like a dream come true
