one day I happened to notice a misspelled word in their ad
If it was me I would want to know, so I sent them a message
Not expecting even a reply, I was surprised to get a thank you email, and today I got a nice finishing pan in the mail!
I will now have to make a trip downstate to try it out.
I must say that the response was above and beyond anything I expected.
