I am very small time as compared to most here. I love finding quality perfume at g-sales and I got a fairly good one last week. Ralph Lauren Safari perfume (95%) full plus lotion, gel, and another brand of full perfume. Paid $5.00 in all and got $70 for the lot on the bay.

I did end up getting a profit of 1K for all that vintage avon I found in a storage locker. That was a pain as it took so long to list and they were generally small items that ran from $10-$20. But, the funds are helping decorate my soon-to-be new grandson's baby room.

Hitting another storage locker sale tomorrow!

Happy G Sale--ing,
apush

Between CRH'ing and EBay you have paid for a wedding dress and now decorating your Grand Baby's room.
You are now officially my female IDOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S., Miranda Lambert was Numero Uno until this post...:occasion14:

Well, it sounds like you knwo what you are doing...I spent many years selling on Ebay....my big money maker was misspellings...I would buy so many things misspelled and relist them and make a good profit.

You wouldnt belive how many people CANNOT spell Tail Light or Gauge

Keep at it!

I've made some good scores on perfumes. Like Diggum says, some sell for quite a bit, especially some of the older ones that are no longer made. Of course, you can't show them to your wife, or you don't get to resell the good ones!

LOL, Luckily I don't have that problem. I use her to ask for them at sales. My best so far have been 2 sealed and boxed bottles of Guerlain Shalimar from the 1960's, paid $5 each for them sold for around $450 I think between the 2 of them.

People will buy used perfumes too, just make sure they aren't spoiled. I just bought a tray full of perfumes right before I left for vacation last week. Paid $40 for it. The first bottle I checked will pay for the whole lot.
