I have found both of these at the same site. Any ideas what they could be? Amazon Forum Fav 👍 A History of Mining on the Kenai Peninsula, Alaska - Grab it through Amazon!

I don't know, it does look like they were crimped onto something. This site is over 200 years old and everything i have found has been from the 1700's - late 1800's so i was thinking it had to be that old but it might be newer than that.
