Small snsp Button with small eagle, also a flowered button

Can someone help us identify these buttons?
Small one has a eagle on it. After cleaning with qtip it looks like a goldish gilt possibly. Date??
Also this other flowered button.

If I may add to what Reanm8er posted, take your picture in natural daylight (But not direct sunlight) with the buttons laying on a flat surface. When you hold them the camera tends to focus on your hand and fingers causing the buttons to be out of focus.
