Today it wasn't raining for a chance but it was dark and grey out. The water wasn't too bad up to the knees but farther out it was like someone dumped a bucket of ice in the water! So I stayed pretty shallow. I hunted for a little over an hour but it was just too cold for me with the wind blowing too. I went on the dry (wet) sand to kind of dry off a bit before I got back in my car and did somewhat better than I did in the water. In the water I got a little bit of change and a cheap hoop earring. On land I found a necklace but it is a cheapo too. So corroded that I couldn't even get it cleaned up. I did enough to tell it wasn't silver but other than that.... ugh! Then..... I got a real high tone hit. I thought it was a dime but it was a small silver butterfly ring. It is really small too. I can't even get it to the middle of my little finger. It is 925 from Thailand. That is the second Thailand ring I've found recently.
My total for today -sit down, I don't want you to faint - fifty cents in clad, 1 earring, 1 necklace and 1 silver ring. Oh yes and I must not forget my sinker! Hooray! I'll take it!
