We thought we would only get a couple of hours before we got rained off but we managed to cover the whole of this Roman Site in 5 hours before we got too wet.
This is the best 1 day total for this site & we had already had 40 earlier this year after a 9 inch turn. This 6 inch turn on top of that seems to have made the difference.:icon_scratch:

50 Roman Coins - 10 minums, a new 1 day record. (I think I'm tuned into them, had some pretty deep)

That is amazing Cru...50 in a 5 hour hunt?! Average 10 per hour...those fields just keep giving...
Yeah it amazed us, as its one of the smallest sites in a complex of 4 & a bit, the bit being an even smaller annex to this site.
