Small Piece of Quartz? (ID Help)

I found this in my backyard yesterday. It's about the size of a finger nail.
Can anyone ID this for me? I don't know a lot about rocks/minerals, but I thought this was pretty neat to find on the surface compared to the boring brown rocks in my yard.

Now we're talking.. or at least that topaz is talking to me.. Yep small chip topaz..

Thank you! Comparing to other stones on google, I would agree.

Quartz is the most likely. I don't see any cleavage.
