Small oval item

Front of small oval item found around a tree, found with my AT Pro about 7-8" down. length is less than an inch.



Back of item, no marking on it.

also found a wheat penny within a few feet from the tree this was found, still have wheatie soaking in water to loosen some of the heavy oxidized dirt..

Cloisonnet. Probably first half of the 20th c. My guess is part of a cufflink, if there is a place where something was brasied on or attached on the back.

Friemd stopped by the house says looks like on the back was a solder spot, so there might of been a clasp or hook or something there, may have to check by that tree again.....more of it may be there....
