small open pontil bottle.

I wanted to know if anyone had any info to share on this small bottle. From what I have learned its open pontil and has what looks like a rolled lip. So that would make this pre 1860's ? right?. Say's Port Turli Noton For His Invented Balsom Of Life. I think? Opposite side says By the Kings Royal Patent Granted To. Small side says London other side says Jan 28 1770. Im guessing that's the paten date. Any ideas what this held. I have looked and have not come up with much. Thanks.

Absolutely Robt. Turlington. That's an excellent read- if you can get all the way through it! I found one- probably a later model as it's more squared off and crisp. Still very cool and an excellent find! HH- Yak
