Small little "Princess" thing?

(Sorry my potato is terrible at photos)
There's some fiber attached to it which may of been either the head's "hair" or maybe part of a necklace I think. I think it's a princess with a crown but I can't figure out what it was originally attached to. The back of it has me thinking a clasp of some sort. Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

Turker, For anyone to make an attempt at an ID, I suggest that you ask your "potato" nicely for better pictures. Or maybe try a scanner or a camera ??
