Small Lead Ingots

In the past several years I've found about a dozen of these small ingots. I've only ever found these in one spot and that is on a beach where several military engagements took place in the 1700s. I've found hundreds of musket balls on this small beach and several cannonballs. I wonder if these were used for making musket balls.

Doesn't look old to me. Lead will turn whitish with age.

Found on a muddy salt water beach...all of the old lead from here is grey.

Same as these...
