So this is kind of weird...
I still remember reading this thread http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/todays-finds/292827-appropriate-sunday-find.html and today I found this similar small cross wandering the streets in my hometown, all encrusted in white dirt. I took a toothbrush and cleaned it all up and this looks like a good find I think.
So here are some pics compiled into one image of this smal cross.
Since we have kind of a financial crisis going on over here I don't trust a pawnshop or jewelry shop owner to make me an estimate or explain me what I have found, without any "head-start" info, and I once again turn to you TN guys:
It's about one inch high, has ten stones bound on it and fashions three stamped marks on the chain ring reading "750", "PAN" and the middle one looks like a makers mark(?).
I found out that 750 means 18K gold but this cross has the wrong color for me to be gold.... Shouldn't it be... golden?
Any help please? Would appreciate it...
