That's a nice looking spur buckle with a stud chape, and you're spot on with the dating. Most of the time the stud is broken off, plus you even have a maker's mark, so that's a great recovery.

Both of those buckles are impressive, and in excellent condition. Never seen a completely intact spur buckle before-keep diggin'!
