Had a great time sluicing with SouthEastFork. Great guy and easy to work the river with. Picked up some good color with my Bazooka Super Mini. Thanks to Todd and Chris at Bazooka Gold Trap for building an excellent product. Catches the Gold.

Jeez! What awesome color! Congrats to you Both

Thanks TGP. You always have encouraging words. Waiting for SEF to process his take. I am sure he has the same or more.

As much as I can Not offer, I love uplifting others - especially when kind words are completely deserved

Gorgeous pan! Did you weigh the gold?

I don't have a scale.

Nice looking pan!!!

Wow I am I impressed. You did great. You also definitely sold me on the bazooka. Congrats my friend.

Awesome pan! That's more gold than I've gotten all season, but all I have is a pan. Good feedback on the bazooka.:hello2:

Way to go mojo! Looks like one healthy dose of that shiny stuff:thumbsup:

WOW! I haven't send a pan like that since I was dredging in northern California years ago in a small creek.

No matter how hard you worked, that clean up made the day!!

Thanks to all. I have been at this a little over a year and was totally dejected in the beginning with my finds. The valuable info that every person has shared on this forum is what allowed me to slowly learn to read the rivers and creeks and increase my take. I am not where I want to be yet but as time goes on and with more study and practice I will get there. Thanks to Todd and Chris at Bazooka Gold Trap for making the processing easy. I can dump my Supermini in less than 10 seconds.

Im so glad the year has been so gracious to you; offering as much color as it has within your pans.
May the next 12 months bring far more color, and many more friends

Heavy Pans GM

Hope So and looking forward to it. Much Gold to You and All

Holy cow! I don't think I would even know how to get that much gold from my pan into a vial! Spoon? I've only ever had to use a toothpick...ha ha.

Spoon and a funnel to start.......

Been using one of those for 30 years now. We use them in chemistry all the time. It seemed like an obvious application to me. I forget others don't have those little plastic Pasteur pipettes at hand and therefore their value in picking up little pieces of gold never occurs to them.

On Amazon, you can buy 50 of them for about $5 or 100 for about $8 (of course who really needs 100 of them for mining applications?).

Wow, How long were you guys at it? That is the most beautiful pan...!!

Great Friggin Job!

9 hours. SEF got about the same amount in his sluice too. Today it rained sideways and was cold with only shorts and a TShirt on. Take was not as good but OK.
