Slow Day at The Beach !

I have not found any thing on the beach some pulltags but not many coins No Gold ! with all this heat and all I know people have gone to the beach , but to lose anything has goten to me No Coins No Gold No any thing , so do you have a Slow day ? The last 3 times I been to the beach I have not found any gold or silver. But I have gotten a little over $5 in change. So It is slow here also. But I still will be haded to another beach this Sunday for a day hunt. Going to spend the whole day there. Just gotta hope to find some gold or silver.......Matt

It has been slow here in Ohio. Hunted every day for the last week and a half for at least 5 hours each day. Been to several lake Erie beaches and I did get to help out a woman who lost a cherished piece of jewelry. Also hit several state park swimming areas. Lots of people but almost no one wearing bling.

Other than that, I did find a Blackberry phone of all things....not working of course. I also found a silver ear ring, a cheap costume jewelry gold ring with glass stone and about 35 bucks in change.

Seems that people are not wearing the jewelry in the water that they have in the past here in northern Ohio. Maybe they all sold their gold to the hucksters on TV asking them to sell their gold.

Had two young women today follow me around in the water kissing each other and physically bumping into me 5 times and staying as close to me as possible. I mean just about face to face. Tattoos and piercings all over. I moved away and they followed me. As they were kissing each other, They asked me, "Is this hot or what?" I told them about 91 degrees. They said...."No......us....are we hot?"

I told them "What the heck is wrong with you people? Please leave me alone."

That plus about a million questions about what I am doing and if I found anything.

So other than that, not much. I did see one guy hunting the Cleveland swimming area on the west side. He was saying that he has not seen much either. Just some change and junk.

Went out early this morning and hunted about 3 hours at a different beach. I found .01 and 2 beer cans. Someone must have beaten me to it....Matt

Last time I was at the beach a few weeks ago, all I got was some clad and pulltabs. 'Course, with my machine I have to stay on the dry or wet sand, no water or surf.

Pickins' have been mightly slim, that's for sure. I've been doing better at parks and tot lots on the whole and that's pretty darn sad.

Thats better then finding gold I would of asked them to put on a show for me so I could judge the hotness I never tell young women who are making out in front of me to leave me alone. You missed a great opportunity.

Good move -- never know what is lurking in the distance -- situations like that are just too much of a setup to get mugged.

If you saw these supposed women, you would think differently. I hate tattoos, and I hate piercings. And Lesbianism is not on my list of things that float my boat.

The more I go to the beaches, the more I realize that our society is doomed.

Talk about gross things on the beach, a large whale washed ashore at 40th st in Ocean City, Md. yesterday Don't know if whale oil was the only oil in it's system!
