Nice find Germansal. It would help if you can tell us if it has any design, markings, does the top have a loop, etc. on it? You really need to post a few more pictures and maybe the size?

I found a few that were close but it depends on the loop (or no loop), design (or no design), etc. - so many so little time!

Detailed photos of the shank and of the Crotal bell would be need. A rough guess would be definitely after 1900 maybe 1920's. Any Petals or designs on the side? How many throats (slots)does it have? Numbers on the bottom? Any inscription? Does it still do it's job (ring) We need details!! Nice find though HH
