Skunked.....Almost!!!

Went up to the field's at Sharpsburg with Ty and Howard today,coming out of the wooded road into the field's I could see something at the edge of one of the field's,looked like a skunk digging from far away until we got closer....This poor guy was stuck in a trap! Ty tried everything to release it without getting sprayed,but that went over like a fart in church.On the way out the little guy was already in skunk heaven...sorry!!Anyway I did come away with a few keeper's,not much but it made my day....At least I didn't get skunked.


A westclox pocket watch "POCKET BEN",no idea on the age.



A couple minnie's and a huge #4 brass grommet...CW era??


Group shot minus all the shotgun brass,nail's, horseshoe's and misc. from the farm field's..


Did they use such big grommet's during the CW,I've found smaller one's but nothing this size.Have a nice weekend and HH!!
