The forth and fifth pictures look like a iron sword drag sort of.

First item looks like part of a buckle.

Agree. Looks like a buckle chape from a colonial era buckle. Tiny little sucker, ain't it...

After looking at one I found I'd swing more towards yours being some kind of stake or clevis pin maybe. :icon_scratch: But could be from some other type of sickle bar a small one though.I guess I'm saying not sure now. :laughing9: :laughing7: ;D

The first is part of a pants(slack tightner) or suspender buckle

i agree with the suspender part on the small piece. the spike is from farm equipment a harrow or device drug over the plowed ground. the short piece in your hand, i can't see the narrow end. it looks similar to a spur piece i found. it was the head and neck of an eagle and it was brass. they could have been made of iron also. i think the piece with the hole in it is the bolster off a pocket knife or dagger. i think the sword drag would be larger. have you cleaned any of these items yet? it would help to know if the piece is broken or appears to be a part of something. i agree with you completely in reply to your email.
