hi i do not know how to use this site yet very well -- are you a treasure hunter?

RWT:
You're doing fine.
Probably 95% of us here are admitted treasure hunters; as are the other 5% though they profess not to be (in my opinion).

I 'm a dowser that was hired by 3 drake enthusiasts that have been studying where in landed on the california coast. And i think we have found it in the san francisco bay. every thing lined up even the ground penetrating radar people from san diego has confirmed a few of my locations. it has been fun searching for this the last 2 years -- via dowsing. now we are ready to dig and stake a claim. do you know of any good attourneys in this matter. we believe we found a couple of cannons an anchor and many other burried objects in sea and on land.

RWT:
You may be "ready to dig and stake a claim' but you will soon discover that the State of California and a dozen or more State and Federal agencies (though whom you'll have to go) will NOT be inclined to give you the permits you will need. But, it your 'war chest' holds at least a six figure amount to throw at this project, you'll have enough to get started. My guess is the permit process would take years.

What makes you believe you have found (specifically) anchors (versus another anomoly)?
You mentioned: 'And I think we have found it in the San Francisco bay. Everything lined up even the (GPR) people from (SD) has confimed a few of my locations.' My question: How does GPR work in SF Bay?
Don.....

thanks the gpr was done on land when you carine a ship they use anchors to pull the ship towards land to fix it. and this they did on there voyage..got to go to work now good talking with you
