Excalibur,
1 kilo ground pork,
1/2 kilo shirmp,peeled & chopped
1 cup onion chopped
1 egg
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp soysouce
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp msg,{optional}
1 cup chopped singkamas
3 pcs chinese mushroom chopped
2 tsp sesame oil
chopped carrots
wanton or molo wrapper

1, combine all 13 ingred.
2, wrap it in waton or molo wrapper
3, steam for 20min.
 

Singkamas "tagalog" for {water chestnut} also know as a "turnip"
