Singapore Ring in WNY?!

Hey all!

I was doing a quick hunt today because there was only an hour before sunset. Had a nice ping on this and when I dug it up. I almost tossed it because it was almost the shape a pull tab. I wiped some dirt off and realized it wasn't a pull tab but some kind of jewelry.

I haven't been able to find out anything about it! It appears to be one of those rings where you bend the sides around your finger, so I don't expect it to be worth anything. However, after cleaning it up, it is a lions head with the word 'majulah' on the top. The only thing I could find out is that word means 'Onward' in Singapore and the lion is one of their symbols.

Thought it was a pretty neat find and just odd since this was found outside of Buffalo, NY.



** edit ** rinsed off remaining dirt and it says hong kong on the inside of one the bands.

cool find. I've seen rings with stones for the animal's eyes but that's the first one I've seen in the mouth

I think it was about 2-3 inches in.
