Hello Everyone,
I bought some simicrhrome based on a diggummup post (thx diggummup) and it works great. I was bored and polished up some "plated mistakes" I made early on. This may be obvious to everyone else, but polished they look really good.
So, I think simichrome is great for things people will not be eating with/out off. However, I am a little hesitant to use it on the utensils my kids eat off of. I did do the baking soda/aluminum foil thing. It helped but nothing like simichrome.
Questions for you all:
- are things polished with simicrhome safe to eat off of? (I a little cautious with this type of thing)
- if there a silver polish that does the trick that is non-toxic or at least light on the chemicals
thx,
bill
