Some history: In 1900, Simeon L. and George H. Rogers Co. was in business in Hartford, Conn.
It was taken over by Wm. A. Rogers Limited in 1918 and then by Oneida in 1929.

so what your saying is this spoon is close to 100yrs old ?

I'm suggesting the spoon was made between 1900 and 1918.
Researching the pattern origination date might narrow the time gap.
