Hey G,
I think the Tiffany pendant is the real deal because it is marked 925. As far as the ball is concerned, it looks like the knob that screw onto the end of a horseshoe shaped key ring. Nice finds, Breezie

So what is the ring for?
Key chain? Seems a bit small for that
Must be for something very important to be registered with an ID number and if lost call ........
Almost seems like a dog tag
