Silver token and 1897 Barber token

Have to give credit to my buddy car91rs who found these tokens at our honey hole. I commented that I really liked the silver Lawyer token and he gave it to me, thanks bud... We were both stumped because we could not find any information on either one, if anyone can help ID or has information please let me know enjoy the picks.
