SILVER SPOON?? Need help please

Found below a dry sand bench at the beach.This spoon is very heavy and has the aged look of silver,HAS ONLY ONE STAMP (95%) ?? Wtf

WHAT IS IT? Silver?VINTAGE? Either way I'll be using to eat dinner tonight,haha.

I can tell one thing that handle does not look 95% silver.

It appears the spoon is made of 2 different metals based on the pitting on the handle and not on the bowl ? The 95% may stand for 95% lead free pewter? HH
