silver sorority pin

Found at 6-inches at an old house (100 + years) in the side yard. The pin is gone on the back but the rest appears to be silver. It came out just as clean as you see it minus a small amount of dirt. The front appears to read Greek as "pi delta kawna" with a line over the w and delta d & e looking like triangles. The back mark appears as "VLYER" over "MARION, N.D." I was able to google MARION, N.D. but no luck on anything else. Any info is appreciated.

If those 'scratches' on the back side of the pin, directly under the pin itself, are marks or words, we need a clearer pic to read them.
