silver sorority pin

Found at 6-inches at an old house (100 + years) in the side yard. The pin is gone on the back but the rest appears to be silver. It came out just as clean as you see it minus a small amount of dirt. The front appears to read Greek as "pi delta kawna" with a line over the w and delta d & e looking like triangles. The back mark appears as "VLYER" over "MARION, N.D." I was able to google MARION, N.D. but no luck on anything else. Any info is appreciated.

At the very least, can you describe the objects in the crest?
