Appears to be a heart...lol! Sorry josh I just had to do that..but is it silver or gold? Either way, congrats on the find, it is very cool, I LOVE finding rings..but don't we all!? Good luck on tracking down the maker mark, I am interested to know as well...thanks for sharing...ddf

Ya marked 925 it's a heavy one the maker eludes me though

one maker of silver jewelery is 'Mars and Valentine'. their mark has an 'M' partially inside a heart. that's about as close as I could find to yours
