✅ SOLVED Silver ring ID please

I dug this ring today in an older park. It came up as silver but the ring says Sterling & 14k GF or probably Gold Filled. I'd like to know who made it to do more research on it but I can't ID the makers mark. Anyone know who made the ring?

That looks like remnants of a 'spin' ring. It appears that the 'spinning' part is missing. I had a spin ring, and lost the spinner part and now what I have left looks like what you have. I always wore it as a thumb ring and really miss it!
