Silver Prices

I noticed Gold dropped since yesterday also.

It's been Flirting with $700 for a week now.

It's still hovering, building a base for the big liftoff. Don't worry about a thing. Just have patience. If the price falls, just rest assured they're trying to buck you off the big bull. Hang on tight and watch how high it eventually goes.

Up and down is expected but why has the "retreat" point always been the $14/oz level? It's been doing that for almost a year now. I'd love to believe that it's headed "to the moon Alice" but shouldn't it have broken the $15/oz. barrier at least once by now?

I'm not known for my intelligence but, I think silver is going to go up quite a bit in the next year or so. The Chinese are affecting the silver price now much the same as they affected the copper price. Unlike gold, a lot of silver is consumed during use and never reclaimed.

JMHO, but the reason it hasn't stretched much beyond $14.00 is that there is still a lot of old industrial silver that is still being recycled, but that can't last for much longer, as much of the silver comsumed today can't be reclaimed or recycled. Despite what many silver bulls insist, I believe there is still quite a bit of silver still out there---as we can all attest to in our finds. And of course, one can never rule out price manipulation. My guess is that when finding silver in circulation becomes difficult, that is when we'll see the high silver prices. Only a matter of time.

Well, and not only that but there is a lot of silver WE are recycling as well.
For instance, the silver I sell to my local coin dealer gets sent right to the smelter.
So it is being reclaimed from circulation as coinage, but then gets back into circulation when the smelter disposes of it wherever they do.

My friends,
China is buying alllllllllll the silver it can get including motherboards-anything associated with computers.I used to recycle all the boards I could get but could not compete with the Big Dealers so I stopped.
There is still tons and tons of silver on the bottom of the ocean in the form of Spanish coins. That is what I am now going after.
In fact check out the TREASURE HUNTERS EXPO under th SHIPWRECK FORUM. It is under the heading of HOLIDAY INN.

I was informed by my dealer today that their spread on silver coins has dropped TREMENDOUSLY in the last month. Unfortunately, a bunch of people were coming and going and I never got the nitty gritty of the story.... I'll have to call him tomorrow.
