I recently acquired from my grandmother and I am unsure if it is silver plated or not. Also the mark on the bottom is unfamilar to me. I've looked on all over the internet and can't seem to find one like it. It is 12" in diameter and stands about 1 inch tall and weighs 2 lbs 8 oz. Any info would be much appreciated. Mark on underside. Looks like an "N" an "&" and the letter "B" inside a three leaf clover.

after additional searching I would be quite surprised if it were not silver plated over copper.often such a piece will have a mild rotten egg odor.nb&sn was quite well known for works that were plated and often in very low numbers.might be tough to find that very dish

cheers

Thank you bigfoot1 for the info. At least it gives me a place to start to research.
