✅ SOLVED Silver Plated ? Candlestick ID Needed

I picked these candlesticks up with some other sliver plate and one piece of sterling. These are 8 inches tall and appear to be a thin sheet of plated metal over concrete or some other heavy filler. I can't find a mark anywhere. I figured that they had a paper label that is gone. Does anybody recognize them? I paid $1.99 each. Thanks
