I was hoping someone could identify the stamp, pretty sure it’s silver.

Being incomplete (partial) it first reminded me of a Mexican silver mark, being in a curve (complete it would be round)

Yes I see it’s only half stamped! Shabby work by the maker , also the cutouts aren’t symmetrical.
