Silver-n-gold

Happy Sunday to everyone! Today was my first "real" gold ring (10k) and I found my second silver one (.925). In addition, I dug up 5.54 in clad, 3 Euro 80, 4 Marks 27, and a lone CHILEAN 1 peso coin! How that peso made it to Germany has GOT to be a good story. There was also the usual assorted "stuff" as you can see in the photo...the button (next to the gold ring) is really pretty to me. As for the gold ring, I'd be very surprised if the stones are diamonds but I plan to have it checked "just in case". Would be too cool if they were! All except the two rings came from the same elementary school playground as my post on the 7th. The two rings were found at the athletic field used by the Army folks on that same base. In fact, the rings were the first two targets I dug this morning...what a way to start the day!
